On December 22, 2014, Gibbs Law Group LLP partner Mathew George spoke with CNBC’s “Squawk on the Street” to discuss the class action lawsuit that was filed on behalf of all current and former Sony Pictures Entertainment employees whose personal information was compromised as a result of the Sony Pictures data breach. Gibbs Law Group LLP filed a class action complaint against Sony Pictures Entertainment on December 17, 2014 alleging Sony failed to adequately safeguard its employees’ personal, financial and medical information that was published on the internet as a result of the data breach.
