Alana Ervin
Alana assists with various cases addressing corporate harm, including data breach, financial fraud, and overdraft fees lawsuits. As a member of the overdraft lawsuit team, she works to recover compensation for clients who were charged improper fees; she is passionate about working to end predatory banking practices that cause lasting harm to communities.
Alana graduated from Yale College in December 2023 with a degree in political science and music. During her time as an undergraduate, she worked as a research assistant with the Solomon Center for Health Law & Policy at Yale Law School and interned with New Haven’s Community Services Administration. She is driven by her background in community organizing and nonprofit work, having organized with the New Hampshire Democratic Coordinated Campaign, Medicare for All CT, and a number of other advocacy campaigns and nonprofit organizations in New Hampshire and Connecticut.
