Alicia Armstrong
Alicia Armstrong represents plaintiffs in complex litigation seeking accountability for corporate misconduct and institutional failures. She is a member of the Social Media Adolescent Addiction trial teams representing school districts in the federal multi-district consolidated action.
Alicia graduated from Penn State Law, where she developed a strong passion for trial advocacy. During law school, she participated in the Indigent Criminal Justice Trial Clinic, counseling economically disadvantaged individuals through criminal proceedings, and worked at a plaintiffs’ firm supporting survivors of sexual assault and victims of catastrophic injuries. She also externed for the Honorable Kim R. Gibson of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
Alicia devoted her free time to supporting the success of her peers by coaching mock trial teams, serving on the boards of the Women’s Law Caucus and Black Law Students Association, and acting as Chief Justice of the Student Bar Association. She earned Best Overall Advocate and Best Closing Argument honors on the National Mock Trial Team, and served as an Articles Editor for the Penn State Law Review. In addition, Alicia received a CALI Award for excellence in Handling Cases in the Real World and was inducted into a national honor society for legal advocacy, The Order of Barristers.
