Lani Rodriguez
Lani develops branding, content, and campaigns to help the firm connect with clients and communicate key legal information. With a background in graphic design and media strategy, she brings a creative and accessible approach to digital outreach. Before transitioning to legal marketing, she spent eight years as a freelance entrepreneur and co-founded Backtalk, a design studio specializing in graphic design and cinematography. Her work has supported projects featured at Sundance, The Atlantic, and PBS, as well as multilingual resources and branding for global impact campaigns.
Originally from the Bay Area, Lani’s work is influenced by her cultural heritage, vibrant flea markets, and the album covers of jazz, funk, Latin, and soul music. She holds an M.A. in Media Studies and a Graduate Certificate in Documentary Media Studies from The New School, along with a B.A. in Sociology from San Francisco State University. Outside of work, she enjoys screenwriting and traveling.
