Our firm represents individuals in high-stakes (and often high-profile) class action and personal injury litigation. We bring cases against the country’s largest corporations—including utility companies, banks, and automobile manufacturers.
We offer a fast-paced and team-oriented atmosphere, where you will have an opportunity to meaningfully contribute and learn more about the legal profession. You will interview potential clients, conduct research for case investigations, help with gathering and organizing information and documents for cases, do a lot of communication over the phone, and more.
We are looking for individuals who enjoy being challenged and who take pride in their work. Successful litigation assistants at Gibbs Mura have come from a variety of previous work and study experiences, including: academic research, bartending, call center work, journalism, and sales.

You’ll Need to Have:
- A commitment to the work we do
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Good etiquette and comfort speaking on the phone
- A bachelor’s degree
Proficiency in another language is a plus.
Salary and Benefits:
Salary range: $24-27 per hour based on experience, plus benefits and discretionary bonus. Gibbs Mura offers an excellent benefits package, including generous vacation and leave policies, fully employer‐paid employee health benefits and an employer-contributed 401(k) plan.
Gibbs Mura staff currently work primarily remotely; however, staff should be prepared and available to provide in-person services as needed.
This position is full time.
