PayPal Class Action Lawsuit

Gibbs Mura’s attorneys, working with co-counsel, investigated these reports and ultimately filed a class action lawsuit in California on behalf of PayPal customers. The lawsuit’s complaint alleged a violation of the Electronic Fund Transfer Act (EFTA) and California’s Consumers Legal Remedies Act, as well as consumer fraud and other state common law claims.
